There are four ExpertClick membership levels:

Freemium

1) Freemium

Where the press room is free, but news releases are $28 each.

Classic Paid

2) Classic Paid

Where the news releases are free with a paid press room — starting at $59 a month.

Creator

3) Creator

Where both press room and news releases are free — offered to participants who can bring us new members or who have outstanding social media profiles.

Journalist

4) Journalist

Where journalists can have a profile and ask InterviewClick questions.

There are five primary services:

  1. The printed Yearbook of Experts, Authorities & Spokespersons. First published as The Talk Show Guest Directory, more than 100,000 have been distributed to America's news rooms. Called "Dial-an-Expert" by The New York Times.
  2. News Release Wire – with push technology to ten ways including Google News & LexisNexis.
  3. The ExpertClick website – all the contacts from the printed Yearbook of Experts and more – you can even search the archive. Called a "Hot Site" by USA TODAY.
  4. The International Platform Association speaker's bureau – founded in 1831 by Daniel Webster – celebrating with our 195th annual convention in Washington DC on VJ Day, 2026 – that's August 14, 2026.
  5. News Council – where we offer public service messages as news to cut through the clutter of public service messages that often are seen & heard as advertisements.
