I just saw an AI-generated list of the top 20 single records of all time, and three were Christmas songs (not “holiday songs,” as Brown University would probably rename them). The top of the list was “I'm Dreaming of A White Christmas,” which with some irony, was written by Irving Berlin, who was Jewish, and was living in LA where he wouldn't be expecting any snow! (Mariah Carey and Gene Autry had the other two.)
