Loren Grich Joins Approved Senior Network!

We are pleased to announce that Loren Grich has joined the Approved Senior Network team in a new administrative and customer service position. Loren brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise in project management, administrative work, and customer service at an executive level. Her passion for expanding her knowledge and credentials makes her an excellent addition to our team.

Loren’s experience as a Virtual Assistant and Project Manager at Virtual Assist USA has given her extensive project management experience and executive administrative skills, which will be invaluable in her role at Approved Senior Network. Her experience working with multiple clients in various industries, including tech companies, medical practices, and entrepreneurs, will enable her to contribute her unique perspective to our marketing services.

Loren’s experience as a Customer Service Manager at the Dog Psychology and Training Center and a Customer Service Supervisor at Waste Connections has given her extensive experience in customer service, sales marketing, and invoicing via Quickbooks, PayPal, and Square. Her skills in CRM systems management, email collaboration, and scheduling via Acuity and Google calendar integration, make her an excellent fit for our team.

Loren’s proficiency in Microsoft Office, website development using WordPress, SquareSpace, and Wix, and experience with marketing platforms such as Zapier, Teachable, and Kajabi will be invaluable to our efforts to provide high-quality online marketing services to the senior care industry.

Loren’s passion for collaboration, project management, and an independent working atmosphere makes her an excellent fit for our remote team, which has been working virtually from home for almost a decade. Her excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, make her a great asset to our team.

Loren’s proficiency in invoicing, payments, payroll, and expense management, using tools like Quickbooks, Square, PayPal, Open Air, and Zoho, will be an asset in managing our client accounts. Her experience with CRM systems such as Active Campaign, Zoho, HubSpot, and Salesforce, will enable her to build, integrate, and manage client data efficiently and accurately.

In addition to her technical skills, Loren’s expertise in social media management on all platforms, website development, writing and editing, and design programs like Canva and Photoshop, will be a significant contribution to our content creation, social media management, and website design and development efforts.

Loren’s proficiency in scheduling software such as Acuity, Practice Better, and Google Calendar, will enable her to manage our team’s schedules effectively and ensure that all tasks are completed on time. Her experience with collaboration and project management software such as Monday, Trello, AirTable, Nifty, and Slack, will be an asset in ensuring that all team members work together efficiently and effectively to provide our clients with high-quality online marketing services.
