Being open to new ideas to experience better outcomes is necessary in our evolving world. Discipline and structure are requirements for building a successful business and developing teams to help the effort. The same holds for entrepreneurship or any endeavor where we want to achieve feeling successful. One factor that holds people back is not being open to varying ideas, including the opposing ones.
